The multiple award-winning Kyra Giorgena family tavern has been operating with love and dedication by Tony Konnaris family since 2000.
Located in the centre of Larnaka Kyra Giorgena is a favourate place amongst traditional Cypriot cuisine aficionados. All around the walls you will see pictures of famous artistis, singers, politicians and actors that have visited the tavern along the years.
We highly recommend the traditional meze which is accompanied by 40 different things, followed by seasonal fresh fruits, traditional sweets and loukoumades (honeyballs). Also, you have a choice of the grilled meze, al carte menu and seasonal meze including wild mushrooms, wild asparagus and snails. To accompany select a nice bottle of local wine or other local spirits, such as the traditional Zivania or local beer.
The service is always warm, friendly and welcoming. The food is freshly made with top quality Cyprus produce and the prices are very reasonable. It is no surprise that Kyra Giorgena is the personal favourite of many throughout the years.
