The setting for The Steak House is simply stunning as it literally stands just a few metres above the azure waters of the Mediterranean with views over Akrotiri Bay and Limassol Marina. The Steak House has been beautifully designed with spacious outside verandas and inside a dining area that is both modern and stylish. A large display board on one wall shows all the different cuts of beef used for steak because The Steak House is definitely the place for those who enjoy a top quality steak, cooked just the way they like and to perfection.
The chefs at The Steak House are true masters of their profession. They work with top quality meats and beautiful luxury foods including fresh lobsters, oysters and prawns. All the ingredients they use are wonderfully fresh and beautifully prepared - their flavours enhanced by the abundant use of locally grown herbs.
There is a good selection of starters to begin the meal and it is lovely to enjoy these whilst admiring the beautiful setting of The Steak House and simply soaking up the restaurant’s warm and elegant ambiance.
Every type of steak imaginable is available on the menu including such specialities as US Black Angus and the staff members are knowledgeable about each cut and can advise and recommend dishes to guests. Each steak is carefully prepared by the chefs, cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. As well as steak, there are many other choices on the menu. There is lamb with a mountain herb crust, accompanied by creamy spinach and pumpkin chips. There is also marinated corn fed chicken, served with a beautiful orange coulis and thyme flavoured caramalised onion and there is excellent herb crusted salmon. There are several variations on steak, including a really good - and generously-sized - steak burger and a popular vegetarian burger!
For those who have just a little room at the end of their main course, there are tempting desserts to choose from including the signature dish – Red Velvet served with red berry fruits.
