All the dishes served at Santa Katerina are home made using the best seasonal ingredients and plenty of local herbs to enhance the flavours of all the much-loved dishes including koupepia, macaronia sto fourno, meats served sizzling from the charcoal and creamy dips, crusty bread and of course horiatiki (village salad).
The dishes are all delicious and generously sized, but be warned....do leave some space for the desserts as the Santa Katerina galatoboureko has to be one of the best in Cyprus. As well as offering a delicious Méze, Santa Katerina also has an excellent à la carte menu.
There is a great saying ...’if music be the food of life’... well music certainly enhances the friendly atmosphere of Santa Katerina on a Friday and Saturday evening when the tavern’s popular folk singer entertains everyone with all the best loved songs.
