‘Fine taste is an attitude'.... is the motto of Sage Restaurant and Wine Bar, which has earned the reputation of being one of the finest and exclusive restaurants in Ayia Napa.

Situated in the heart of the town, Sage is impressive before you even step inside, with a dramatically large black signboard with white handwriting proclaiming its name. Its interior is in neutral tones with light wood flooring and brushed metallic pillars. The tables are beautiful with white linen tablecloths that touch the floor and sparkling cutlery and glasses. Cool, elegant and exclusive, Sage is the perfect setting for a memorable meal.

Behind the scenes, George Kadis is Sage’s Executive Chef, with Antonis Kosma as his Head Chef and together they have created a wonderful menu of worldwide fusion cuisine. They are enthusiastic chefs who love fine dining and their menu ortrays their labour of love with great twists on popular classics and new and exciting recipes that they themselves have created.

The menu is comprehensive and includes a children’s section with seven choices and vegetarian options and anyone with special dietary requirements only has to speak to a member of staff and a delicious solution will be prepared! The menu is certainly tempting and like a ‘round the world cruise’ without leaving your seat! For example, in the Starters section, diners can choose from Dim Sum (Hong Kong), Confit Duck (one of France’s best loved dishes!), Italian Antipasti or a much-loved British Prawn Cocktail! The selection of fish, meat and pasta dishes is equally as broad and each dish is beautifully prepared and presented.

As well as a marvellous selection of dishes on the menu, there is an excellent wine list that complements the food perfectly and Sage’s Sommelier is on hand to advise guests on the different wines. Staff members at Sage are excellent and offer an attentive but discreet service throughout.

Sage is well known for its excellent and comprehensive drinks menu which includes local beers, aperitifs, single malt whiskies and liqueurs. Cocktails are popular  at Sage and it is fun to choose from the pre-Dinner and after-Dinner selections.
