Situated just off the main square in Ayia Napa is Quadro - a restaurant that has been hailed one of its best - where its owner, Solomos, warmly invites guests to enjoy a truly delicious Italian meal.

Open both for lunch and dinner during the summer months, Quadro is the perfect place to relax on the terrace, soak up the relaxed ambience over a leisurely meal that will surprise and delight you with its beautiful presentation and importantly its great taste!!

Ms Eleni eagerly remembers those who have visited the restaurant before and treats them and all new customers - like VIPs and during the meal she loves to wander amongst the tables talking with her guests. The meal begins with a tempting array of dishes including proscuitto and orange salad or salmon with dill sauce or the traditional antipasti for sharing between two! Those who choose the Ciabatta bread will be delighted - as one person announced recently - 'this is the best I have ever tasted'!

There are all the favourite Italian dishes to enjoy for the main course including pizzas, pastas, lasagne and wonderful creamy risottos.  There are European classics and if you enjoy nothing better than a really good steak, the Chef at Quadro will certainly not disappoint  you as he can cook your steak exactly how you like it - believe me, the taste is fabulous! If you are vegetarian, there is plenty of choice too and others can be deftly adapted to suit! Each plate is created with love and true professionalism - and warm generosity as portions are definitely sizeable!!

There are lovely desserts too including panna cotta, crème caramel and tiramisu and for chocoholics there is an impressive chocolate lava cake!

Quadro is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a glass of quality wine from the extensive wine list the restaurant offers. In fact you can have a glass of any bottle of wine, not just the prescribed wines by the glass list every restaurant offers, without having to pay for the whole bottle because Quadro is using the coravin wine system (can pour wine without pulling the cork)! Experience speaks loud at Quadro since it has its own sommelier, and the restaurant also offers a wide range of Tuscan wines. The perfect grand finale to the wonderful meal is a complimentary glass of grappa or limoncello served with panache and warmest wishes that you will return to Quadro again soon.
