*3 Peaks Challenge Route:*

7.30am - Famagusta Gate / Nicosia:

1st Mountain Peak – MADARI - Estimated arrival time at 11.00
Break time 30 minutes at Madari area (preferably at Handria village )
Departure at 11.30hrs

2nd Mountain Peak – PAPOUTSA - Re-grouping at 12.00hrs at Papoutsa ( 10min break) - preparation for the big descend to Apliki
12.25: regrouping at Apliki (road towards Farmaka)

3rd Mountain Peak – KIONIA - Estimated arrival time at 14.10
14.10-14.40: Break time 30 minutes in Kionia picnic site. (In case of cold weather the break will take place in another area which will be confirmed on the day. All participants will have to climb to Kionia first and then have a break)

14.40: preparations for the last part of the route from Kionia to Nicosia
14:45: Departure for Nicosia
16.30: Arrival time at Nicosia - Old Nicosia Municipality Group Photo
Early Dinner at Ai Giorkis restaurant-parallel str of the Old municipality


*Family Route:*

Starting point: At Kolokassi Bus Station at 10.00am
Join us for a unique free bike ride through the Old City of Nicosia to Kaimaklı.
A licensed tour guide will enlighten you at our selected stops at cultural and historical places of interest.
Cyclists Across Barriers will operate the bike ride and offer three places for people with disabilities or limited mobility and one place on a tandem bike for a person with limited sight.

During the tour, you will be accompanied by an experienced tourist guide who will stop at four specific points of interest and you will receive a brief history.

Route Description:

10.00: Meeting and Starting point from Kolokassi Parking place.
• the bikers will continue to Bayraktar Mosque (OXI square) -
• Omerie Mosque(Hamam Omerie), The House of Hadjigiorgakis Kornessios,
• Archbishop Palace, Pancyprian Gymnasium, Famagusta Gate, and take a stroll through the old part of Kaimakli.

12.00: The tour will end at Kolokassi parking place

At the end of the route, we will take a group photo and everyone can enjoy refreshments as well as participate in a short conversation regarding cycling in Nicosia and potential new cyclists.
