アギア・ナパ修道院

教会と修道院

村の中心部にある、美しい中世修道院は '森の聖母' に捧げられており、メインスクエアの隣に立っており、高い壁で囲まれています。

ヴェネツィア人に建てられた16世紀の教会は、部分的に地下にあり、岩に彫られたものであり、後に外側のファサードが拡張され、時折修道男子または修道女子に使われ、1970年代に現在の状態に復元されました。教会の西にあるホステルは、世界教会協議会に属しています。南門の前にある古代のプラタナスの木は600年以上前のものと信じられています。

修道院の中庭にある八角形の噴水には彫刻の浮き彫りがあります。

聖母マリアの恵みにより、不妊のカップルや妊娠中に悩んでいる女性たちが、毎日修道院に到着し、助けを求め、アギア・ナパの聖者の奇跡のベルトを締めて祈りを捧げています。

昼間に毎日開放されています。

入場料:無料（教会への寄付をお願いします）
