Nestling amongst the fruit trees on the northern slopes of the Troodos is the traditional mountain village of Kalopanayiotis. It has been visited by pilgrims for generations for the healing waters of its sulphur springs, clear mountain air and relaxing ambience and the UNESCO listed monastery of St John Lampadistis.
Casale Panayiotis offers beautiful holiday accommodation in this spectacular setting. There are 28 guest rooms and suites (all with private facilities) situated in local houses. All of the rooms have been carefully restored, retaining their traditional architectural features and character. Each room has been individually furnished incorporating beautiful pieces of old furniture, embroideries and materials and each has a lovely feeling of understated luxury and comfort. All of the rooms are within a short walk of the central restaurant and coffee shop.

The Spa's name Myrianthousa 'many blossoms' and refers to the beautiful apple, almond and cherry blossoms that cover the village and the banks of the tumbling river like a gossamer veil in the spring.
The village of Kalopaniyiotis has been know for centuries for its healing thermal and spring waters that have attracted thousands of visitors from far and wide. More recently bottles of the healing waters have been widely sold. It is fitting that the Myrianthousa Spa and wellness Centre offers a variety of treatments including hydrotherapy and mud therapies, sauna and steam treatments a 'natural snow' room, as well as beautifully furnished and comfortable relaxation rooms. The Troodos area has a wealth of wonderful natural products that are incorporated in the treatments including honey, grapes, eucalyptus, almond and olive oils, citrus essence oils and wild herbs.
The centre is fully equipped and operated by qualified staff. Before treatments begin, therapits discuss each client's personal needs and guide them in their choice of treatments to ensure they get maximum benefit from each and many of their clients return regularly to relax and revitalise their body.
Whether you are staying for just a weekend or longer, Kalopanayiotis is the place to relax and unwind and forget about your work desk - and the ticking of the clock...The village itself beckons you to explore and the beautiful scenery that surrounds the village can be enjoyed on foot or quad bike. In the brief winter months there is good skiing too!
