Yioupis Developments is a company operating in the field of land development since 1994, continuing the work that the company's director Mr Andreas Yioupis has successfully started in 1979.

To date, the company continues its rising growth with the construction of dozens of residential and commercial units. Driven by commitment to its customers and having excellence in construction quality as primary objective, the company always succeeds in coping with competition, while remaining innovative.

Since 2003, Mr Andreas Yioupis is holder of Level C licence that he has obtained from the Council for Registration and Control of Building and Civil Engineering Contractors, proof of technical and professional expertise of himself and his company.

Among the most important projects that the company developed are two projects in the Tourist Area of Germasogia, which consist of 34 villas. It is worth mentioning that twenty of those villas have been sold to a foreign investment organisation. This is indicative of the reliability and credibility of Yioupis Developments in the real estate market of Limassol.

Aditionally, two of the most beautiful commercial buildings in Nicosia and Limassol, Yioupis Tower 1 and Yioupis Tower 2, have been constructed by Yioupis Developments Ltd. The main characteristic of these buildings is their cladding of high-quality glass and Alucobond. The buildings have actually become landmarks in the two towns.

Having vast experience, numerous contacts and the vision to provide solutions and advice, not only to the buyer of the house or the apartment, but also to anyone building, refurbishing or buying a residence, Mr Andreas Yioupis has founded in 2004 Yioupis Ceramics Ltd. The company sells sanitary ware and ceramics in Limassol.

Within a short period of time, the newly established company with expertise in the sector has succeeded to open six shops where customers can buy sanitary ware and ceramics of the most well-known brand names, as well as products for bathroom decoration, marbles, granites, stones, exterior decoration of a residence. All products are exclusively imported by Yioupis Creamics, enabling the customer to buy at the best possible price.

It is worth mentioning that Yioupis Ceramics operates in the whole of Cyprus, with two shops in Limassol (one in its owned Yioupis Tower 1), two shops in Nicosia (one in its owned Yioupis Tower 2) and one shop in Paphos. The sixth shop is housed in the same building as the company's owned 13,000 m2 central warehouse in Paramytha.
