Being the island’s maritime capital, Limassol possesses the main commercial and business port as well as an exclusive, recently built, modern marina. First stop is the 13th-century Kolossi castle is a fine example of medieval military architecture. Next is the archaeological site of the ancient kingdom, Kourion.
