Description
To begin our Jeep Safari filled with rugged mountain scenery, we make our first stop at the Asprokremos Dam. Have your cameras ready as we travel through the picturesque Diakizos Valley, followed by a relaxing coffee break in one of the traditional local villages.
We’ll then visit the island’s finest winery, where you can enjoy a tasting of several delicious wines (included). Next, we head to the historic Tzefalos Bridge, built by the Venetians in the 15th century.
Our off-roading adventure continues through the natural habitat of the elusive moufflon—native only to Cyprus—and with a bit of luck, you may even spot one!
No Jeep Safari to the Troodos Mountains is complete without a visit to Kykkos Monastery, the island’s richest and most renowned. We’ll stop for lunch in a traditional Troodos village, where you can choose to enjoy a famous Cyprus meze (optional, lunch not included).
The Troodos waterfalls are truly breathtaking, as is the village of Omodos, with its charming cobbled streets, handmade lace, and friendly locals. It’s a place you’ll surely want to return to.
Our final stop is a perfect photo & swim opportunity at Aphrodite’s Rock—the legendary birthplace of the Goddess of Love and Beauty—before we return to Paphos after a Jeep Safari you’ll never forget.
