Like tapas and meze make a selection of small dishes to share and get ready to take your taste buds on a unique epicurian journey. Wekame and gin; infused marinated fresh salmon with gin and orange, Milokopi Ceviche; traditional Peruvian ceviche of fresh milokopi with tiger’s milk and chilli pepper, fresh coriander and avocado drizzled with passion fruit and puree and Huacatay herbed oil...
