Camel Park - An Amazing Anventure for All

Adventure Editorial Family Fun
The beautiful Camel Park was set-up in 1998 and offers adventure and fun for all the family.

Hidden in the lovely countryside, the park is a great place for relaxation and enjoyment. The Camel Park is a great place to come closer to nature and share direct contact with the animals. The stars of the park are, of course, the camels. But a variety of other animals can be found at the small zoo including cute ponies, the sweet Cyprus donkey, deer, ostriches, goats, horses, lamas, pelicans, parrots and ducks.

You can take a pony or camel ride within the park's grounds or if you are up for more of a challenge, enjoy an exciting safari ride through the countryside; a wonderful experience for both adults and children. The duration of the ride is approximately 10-15 minutes.

The kids never be bored... Apart from the charming animals they can have great fun in the playground area with the bouncy castle, swings, go-karts, trampoline, flight simulator, 5D cinema, mini golf, mini Aquarium and games area. Also, kids can try the new 'inflatable balls' and have great fun rolling around on top of the swimming pool!

You can also relax and stroll around the beautiful shaded gardens, or head up to the restaurant and try some delicious Cypriot dishes and snacks. During the summer the swimming pool is a fantastic escape from the hot temperatures.

At the Camel Park you can purchase camel milk considered as the new alternative medicine. From way back, camel milk has been known for its health-promoting properties. Studies have proven that camel milk improves quality of life for those with food allergies, diabetes, autism, intestinal diseases and auto immune disorders.

The park is opened daily between 09:00 to 19:00.  Enjoy!!
