Secret Valley Golf Course is situated midway between Limassol and Paphos and very close to Petra tou Romiou, where, it is said, the goddess Aphrodite come ashore. According to some lively golfers in the clubhouse she actually emerged holding a golf ball.
The golf course measures 6,120 metres and is an 18 hole, par 71 course and follows the course of the valley that gives it its name. The course was designed by Iacovos Iacovou. A huge bonus is that the valley attracts a good onshore breeze most days. Work has recently started on Secret Valley Two which will be a second 18 hole course situated further up the same valley and which has been designed by Tony Jacklin, who is also adapting Secret Valley One to incorporate some exciting new features.
With plenty of practice facilities and the opportunity of being taught by an experienced instructor and a contemporary clubhouse, the course offers all the facilities necessary including a sports shop, bars and restaurant with balconies overlooking the golf course and the artificial lakes.
