The Chef is well known Michelin starred Lefteris Lazarou, who since 1993 has had the ‘Golden Chef Hat’ award of Athinorama. Lefteris cooks with passion and many of the dishes on his excellent menu are based on seafood. He has created some excellent dishes with new combinations of ingredients with sensational results. He works with only the finest ingredients including top quality fish and seafood straight from the local market and locally grown vegetables and herbs. Lefteris travels extensively promoting Mediterranean cuisine and is one of the most popular Chefs in Greece and Europe. His enthusiasm is infectious and can be found in every member of staff who can give really good information about the different dishes – including the ‘daily catch’.
The dishes are beautifully cooked and presented and generous in size and perfectly complemented by the excellent wine list which includes Cypriot and international labels. The menu includes much-loved classics like Mussels white wine, King Prawns and really excellent Kalamari that is lightly battered and cooked to perfection. There are exciting dishes to try too including Wrapped Sea Bream, seared Aki Tuna and excellent Sushi.
If you simply cannot decide which dish to choose, the Fish Mezé (for minimum two people) is the perfect solution as it is an array of many different taster portions of the different dishes. There is a selection of children’s dishes on the menu too.
