Dressing for salads like Vinaigrette, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Thousand Island or Ceasar's are all freshly prepared, not to mention the signature dressing for the Special Chicken Salad.
Tartar Sauce for fish, Tomato Sauce for meatballs or spaghetti and of course Gravy for roasts. They also have their own family recipes for dips, like tzatziki, tahini salad and tarama salad.
They also prepare their freshly own Burgers from ground pork or chicken breast fillet, just before grilling!
The menu is consisted of fixed and interchangeable dishes, according to season and availability.
