Kyperounda Winery（カイパーランダワイナリー）は、リマソール地域のKyperounda村に位置しています。1998年に開業したこの受賞歴豊かなワイナリーは、Photos Photiades Groupによって運営されています。ワイナリーは、標高1400メートルでヨーロッパで最も高い4ヘクタールのぶどう畑を所有しており、ボルドー地域（フランス）と似た微気候があります。Xynisteri、Chardonnay、Cabernet Sauvignonなどのぶどうが栽培されています。

ピシリア地域のこの絶好のロケーションに位置し、経験豊富な醸造家の仕様に基づいて設計されているワイナリーは、ぶどうジュースを最も優しく移動させるために重力を活用するために3つのレベルに建てられています。ワイナリーの地下セラーには、Kyperoundaのワインが熟成し特徴を発展させるために、250個の225リットルオーク樽が保管されています。ワイナリーの生産能力は約20万本です。
