アヴァカス・ゴージ

自然の名所

アヴァカス・ゴージは、島内のトレッカーにとっての楽園で、アイオス・ゲオルギオス・ペイアスの西側の沿岸地域またはラオナ地域のアロデス村の南側から探索することができます。大きな岩の形成物があり、最も印象的なのは南部です。

この渓谷は約3 kmの長さがあり、壮大な景色と地元の植物相と動物相への豊富な紹介を提供しています。訪問者は、渓谷で松の木、ヒノキ、ヒイラギ、野生のいちじくの木、シダ、カシなどの他の木々、および春に咲く紫の花を持つ非常に珍しい固有のセントーリア・アカマンディスなどの野生の花々の繁茂を見ることができます。動物相には、キツネ、野ウサギ、隼、カラス、フクロウ、蝶類、さらに多数の爬虫類が含まれています。
