スタムナタヴェルンは、本物の家族向けレストランであり、現在のアヤ・ナパでは珍しい伝統を持っています。

「スタムナ」のメニューでは、キプロス料理や料理人の特製料理である「タラモサラータ」と、なんと23種類もの異なる味の体験ができる「メゼ」などを楽しむことができます。メニューには、1900年にさかのぼるアヤ・ナパで最も古い家にあるアンドレアス・キリスによって1982年に設立されました。
