Description
Begin the tour at Kolossi Castle, a three-story medieval fortress linked to the Knights Templar and Knights of the Order of St John. Explore the castle and learn about its historical significance.
Continue to the ancient city-kingdom of Kourion, where you will visit the archaeological site featuring a 2nd-century BC Greco-Roman theater and the remains of the House of Eustolios, an original private villa.
Proceed to the Sanctuary and Temple of Apollon Hylates, the god of the woodland and protector of Kourion. The site offers views overlooking the sea, ideal for photos.
Stop at Aphrodite’s Birthplace, Petra tou Romiou, for a coffee break and to observe the coastline where the goddess of love and beauty was said to be born.
Arrive in Paphos and visit the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Archaeological Park. View the House of Dionysos with its intricate Roman floor mosaics depicting scenes from Greek mythology.
