Description
Cyprus is the island of Aphrodite – a place full of magic and tranquility. At Aphrodite Beach in Polis, you will spend seven days where it's all about you: Who am I really? How do I find my way back? How can body, mind, and soul be brought back into harmony?
Over five seminar days (Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM each day), you can expect two guided meditations daily, breathing and Qigong exercises, exercises by the sea, and sitting circles for sharing. An optional spiritual evening rounds out the week. The afternoons are yours – for relaxing and enjoying.

• No previous experience necessary – just an open mind to embrace the days
• Exercises on the water are at your own risk; participation is optional
• Please indicate any health restrictions in advance so that we can take them into consideration

Meeting point / Itinerary
Arrival on Friday, departure the following Friday. The meeting point and exact times will be provided after booking. On request, we can organize a group transfer from Paphos Airport.
