Description

The trip begins at Limnara Beach, heading east at least past the Cape Greco Sea Caves cove before returning. The coastline features rocky formations and sea caves locally known as 'Palaces' due to their grand entrances. Kayaks cannot enter the caves because they are too shallow, but the surrounding views are notable.

The cove attracts many visitors in summer, with some cliff diving into the clear water. Depending on sea conditions and participant experience, the route may extend further east to explore additional rocky coves and formations.

The trip concludes back at Limnara Beach. Only single kayaks are used, with height and weight limits of 1.90 meters and 110 kg respectively.

If conditions are choppy, an alternative kayaking route around Green Bay on the east coast may be offered. If sea conditions are unfavorable there as well, the trip will be canceled.

• Use of equipment: single sit-on-top kayak, paddle, personal flotation device, and dry bag upon request
• Usually free pickup and drop-off from Ayia Napa and Protaras in the company’s insured vehicle (guiding time begins when meeting travelers)

Excludes

• Food, snacks, beverages, and drinking water
• Paid transportation such as taxis (free rides are usually provided in the company car to/from Ayia Napa or Protaras)

Important Information

• Only single kayaks are used; kayaker height must be under 1.90 m, weight under 110 kg
• Avoid bringing valuables that may be damaged by seawater
• Water shoes or similar footwear are recommended for exploring Sea Caves on foot
