3-hour guided Kayaking in the crystal clear waters of south Cape Greco on this guided tour. Explore the rocky coastline, discover the Cape Greco Sea Caves cove, in a relaxed, nature-friendly manner.

Description

In this 3-hour trip we explore the iconic Cape Greco Sea Caves cove. Limnara beach is the start of the kayaking trip and the basic route goes east, at least past Cape Greco Sea Caves Cove and back. The coastline in the area is rocky, with many rock formations. The main attraction of the trip is the cove of Sea Caves known as 'Palaces' by the locals, because of the grand cave entrances. The caves are too shallow to enter in kayaks, but the vista around the cove, which is a prime attraction of Cape Greco park is excellent. The cove is visited by many visitors especially in summer, and some dive from the top of the cliff into the crystal clear water. Depending on the sea conditions and the kayakers profile we may kayak further east, where there are a number of rocky coves, rock formations and more crystal clear water. The kayaking trip ends back at Limnara beach. We only use single kayaks. Kayakers height should be under 1.90 meters and weight should be under 110 kg. In case of choppy waters, as an alternative we offer a kayaking trip around Green Bay, on the east coast. If the travellers do not want that option, or if the sea is choppy also on the east coast we cancel the trip.

Includes

Guiding Use of kayaking equipment (single sit-on-top kayak, paddle, personal flotation device, drybag if requested) As a rule the guide can provide a free ride from Ayia Napa and Protaras. The ride would be in our company's car, which owns private insurance. Guiding time starts when the guide meets the travellers.

Important Information

• We only use single kayaks, and the load on each should we under 110 kg (the kayaker's height should be under 1.90 kg). Please do not bring valuable things along that may be damaged by sea water. Water shoes or similar are strongly advised if participants want to explore some of the Sea Caves on foot.
