The ultimate glamorous Christmas Eve event at Nicosia's most cosy place! Maestro Yiannis Hadjiloizou at the piano & star singer George Ioannou present a special program of Holiday, Jazz, and International Classics. Guests will be treated to a fine 4 course set menu specially prepared for the evening by The Winery's own Chef Gregoris Popravkin.
1. Smoked tomato tartar with shrimps, avocado, cucumber, fennel salad and lemon caviar
2. Blini with crème fraîche, ikura roe and basil. Served with a glass of champagne with lemon sorbet.
3. Slow cooked lamb tenderloin with pistachio crust, dessert wine sauce, roasted pepper stuffed with eggplant and smoked cheese, sweat potato cream
