Because the kitchen has no borders
We believe the kitchen has no borders. It is the place where we learn, connect and understand each other.
Diners will join 3 activities led by Greek Cypriot and Turkish Cypriot chefs, and food and drink producers and ethusiasts who are doing cool things with food and drink!
What you get:
- Cooking workshop where you learn and make your own dish
- Beer tasting of the now-famous Drink for Peace beer and meet the creators of the Cypriot recipe
- Be the first in Cyprus to try the bi-communal olive oil, Colive, made in partnership with family farms across all of Cyprus, and hear the project's inspiring story
A shared delicious dinner will follow!

Border Kitchen is created by Niki Psarias, who specialises in exploring the power of food to unite and inform. Niki has delivered innovative pop up restaurants and food campaigns for international NGOs and community organisations since 2014, serving almost 2000 diners, and working with over 15 chefs from different countries.
