Columbia Beach Resort is situated in the wide sweeping arc of Pissouri bay with its sandy beaches, 'blue flag' rated azure waters, dazzlingly white cliffs and a seascape that stretches forever.

Suites
The Resort has been beautifully designed and built with 169 multi-purpose suites – all with a view either of the sea or the beautifully maintained gardens. Each suite has been thoughtfully furnished using the finest fabrics and luxurious soft furnishings to create the perfect place to relax during an unforgettable holiday. Each staff members works quietly behind the scenes to ensure that all aspects are maintained at the highest standard.

Restaurants

Bacchus Restaurant
Eating well is a key element of any stay at the Columbia Beach Resort. The celebrated team of chefs uses the wealth of ingredients that grow abundantly in the Cyprus sunshine and source the best from around the world to produce heavenly cuisine. With its high ceilings and elegant furnishings, Bacchus Restaurant invites guests to indulge in a glamorous dinner, sampling the best of Italian gourmet inspired dining the island has to offer, with a menu carefully created by the Resort’s Michelin Star-trained Executive Chef, who is unfailingly driven by passion, imagination, and sincerity in sharing his love of food with our guests. Bacchus is also the site at which guests are invited to enjoy their daily sumptuous breakfast, bursting with both sweet and savoury delights.

Apollo Tavern
Looking out over the gardens and turquoise sea, the Apollo Tavern offers a traditional Cypriot dining experience in a beautiful rustic setting. Open for both lunch and dinner, the creative chef serves up typical Eastern Mediterranean cuisine, including favourites like moussaka, souvlaki and kleftiko, alongside plenty of fish and seafood. For those who want to try everything, there is a delicious meze menu offering a vast array of small dishes that you can share between you.

Cape Aspro Restaurant
Discover Cape Aspro, where tantalizing Mediterranean and Asian cuisine meets the tranquility of an alfresco dining experience. Overlooking the breathtaking Pissouri Bay, this gem offers a relaxed ambiance perfect for both lunch and dinner.

Street Eats
Elevating the excitement and eclecticism of street food to five-star standards, Columbia Beach Resort invites guests to Street Eats, on selected evenings throughout the year. By the deck of Poseidon Beach Bar, enjoy casual dining with family and friends under the stars, whilst watching Chef work his magic on the fire-pit centred BBQ, indulging on beloved international delights.
